This 6-9 month internship is a hands-on, immersive experience where you’ll learn how to build and develop artists, manage tours, handle brand strategy, and work with top industry professionals. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role with Gridlock Talent.
What You’ll Learn & Do:
Assist in managing artist schedules, bookings, and career growth
Learn tour logistics and event coordination
Work with marketing teams to develop artist branding & content strategies
Gain hands-on experience in contracts, revenue tracking, and industry finances
Work directly with artists, tour managers, and media teams
Network with top-tier professionals, labels, and agencies
